Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This policy explains what information MoonTekh collects through moontekh.com, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.
Who we are
MoonTekh ("MoonTekh", "we", "us") operates this website to introduce our operations, AI and automation consulting services to prospective clients. This policy covers moontekh.com only.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you submit directly. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, business email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write to us.
- Information you submit to book a consultation. If you click "Book a Consultation," you are shown a scheduling widget provided by Cal.com. Booking a time submits your name, email address, company and the details of what you'd like to discuss directly to Cal.com, so we can prepare for and hold the meeting.
- Analytics information, only if you consent. If you accept analytics cookies via the banner on this site, Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, general device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This does not load, and no analytics data is collected, until you actively accept. Separately, if you complete a booking through the Cal.com widget, we record a single consent-gated event confirming a consultation was booked; it carries no booking details.
We do not run advertising technology, do not operate a newsletter, do not require or offer user accounts on this website, and do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on the information described above.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your enquiry, understand what you're asking about, and, where relevant, follow up about our services. We use analytics data, where consented, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
The contact form and Netlify Forms
Submissions from our contact form are processed using Netlify Forms, a feature of Netlify, Inc., the hosting provider for this website. Netlify receives and stores form submissions on our behalf so that we can read and respond to them. Netlify acts as a data processor for this purpose; it does not use the contents of your submission for its own purposes.
Booking a consultation and Cal.com
Booking a consultation is handled by Cal.com, a scheduling service. When you book a time, the widget submits your booking details (name, email, company and what you'd like to discuss) directly to Cal.com, and Cal.com sends you and us a calendar invitation and meeting link. Cal.com processes this information under its own privacy policy, available at cal.com/privacy. We use the information you provide only to prepare for and hold the meeting you requested.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses a small amount of browser local storage to remember your analytics cookie choice (accept or reject), so we don't ask you again on every visit. No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you actively accept them through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
Legal basis for processing
Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contact form: processing is necessary to respond to a request you have initiated (legitimate interest in handling business enquiries you send us), and to take steps at your request prior to a possible engagement.
- Booking a consultation: processing is necessary to take steps at your request, prior to a possible engagement, by scheduling and holding the meeting you asked for.
- Analytics: your consent, given via the cookie banner. You may withdraw this consent at any time, and doing so stops future analytics collection.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers necessary to run this website:
- Netlify, Inc.: hosting and contact-form processing.
- Cal.com, Inc.: scheduling and holding consultations you book.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): analytics, only after you consent.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
International data transfers
Our service providers (Netlify, Cal.com and Google) may process data on servers located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, those providers are required to apply appropriate safeguards recognized under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for that transfer.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry, and for a limited period afterward in case you follow up, after which they are deleted. Analytics data, where you have consented to it, is retained according to the standard retention settings of Google Analytics 4.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request a copy of your information in a portable format;
- withdraw analytics consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business use by professional visitors and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our website or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
